4-11-8. Denial, suspension, or revocation of license for violation of article; applicability of ‘‘Georgia Administrative Procedure Act.’’

  1. The Commissioner is authorized to deny, suspend, or revoke any license required by this article, subject to notice and a hearing, in any case in which he finds that there has been a violation of this article or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this article. All proceedings for denial, suspension, or revocation of a license shall be conducted in conformance with Chapter 13 of Title 50, the ‘‘Georgia Administrative Procedure Act.’’
