Penalty for violation of chapter. Except as otherwise provided in Code Section 16-12-4 or 16-12-37, any person, partnership, firm, corporation, or other entity violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. ## History Code 1981, § 4-13-10, enacted by Ga.
