Veterinary services at equine sales; fees. All licensed dealers, brokers, livestock market operators, or other individuals to whom this article is applicable shall furnish at all sales, including special sales, the services of a licensed, accredited veterinarian, who shall provide veterinary services necessary and consistent for animal health.
