Certification of health of animals transported into state. The Commissioner is authorized to require any person, firm, or corporation transporting an equine into this state from any other state to furnish him with a certificate from an accredited veterinarian from the state of origin of such equine, certifying that such equine has not recently been exposed to any contagious or infectious disease, that the animal’s temperature is normal, and that the animal is free of any contagious or infectious disease. ## History Ga.
