Any dealer, broker, livestock market operator, or other person subject to this article who violates any provision of this article, any quarantine provision, or any rule or regulation established by the Commissioner under the authority of this or other laws for the protection of the general public in the prevention of equine diseases shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. ## History Ga.
