Application. The provisions of this article shall not apply to any facility at which any animal which would otherwise qualify as a farmed deer is intentionally commingled with any species which is classified as and subject to regulation as a wild animal under the provisions of Chapter 5 of Title 27. ## History Code 1981, § 4-4-176, enacted by Ga.
