4-4-94. Indemnification of owners.

  1. Before having such reacting cattle slaughtered, the Commissioner shall notify the owner of his findings as to the condition of the cattle. The owner shall be indemnified in an appropriate amount, to be determined by the Commissioner using the standards set forth in Code Section 4-4-72, from available funds.
