Report of dishonor of a check or draft issued in payment for livestock. It shall be the duty and responsibility of each livestock sales establishment to report to the Commissioner within 24 hours after having knowledge that a check or draft issued in payment for livestock has been dishonored; and it shall be the duty and responsibility of the Commissioner to notify all licensed sales establishments of the fact of such dishonor of any such check or draft issued in payment for livestock. ## History Ga.
