Electronic application for registration of commercial vehicles under the International Registration Plan. On and after January 1, 2018, the commissioner shall require any applicant for a commercial vehicle registration under the International Registration Plan to submit such application electronically. The commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations which provide for denial of an application, which shall include the denial of registration to applicants previously prohibited by any federal or state agency from operating interstate or intrastate. ## History Code 1981, § 40-2-88.1, enacted by Ga.
