Information to be available to driver’s license administrators of other states, employers, and insurers. Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the department shall furnish full information regarding the driving record of any person to: (1) The driver’s license administrator of any other state or of any province or territory of Canada requesting that information; (2) Any employer or prospective employer upon the request of such employer and the payment of a fee of not more than $10.00; and (3) Insurers upon request and payment of a fee of not more than $10.00. ## History Code 1981, § 40-5-155, enacted by Ga.
