40-6-305. Purpose of farm use vehicle.

- (a)
As used in this part, the term:#
- (1)
‘‘Farmer’’ means the owner of a commercial agricultural or silvicultural operation or an employee thereof. Such term shall also include any spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, or grandchild of the owner of such operation.#
- (2)
‘‘Farm use vehicle’’ means an all-terrain vehicle or personal transportation vehicle.#
