Requirements for streets or highways on which joint use by regular vehicle traffic and PTVs permitted. Any street or highway segment upon which the joint use by regular vehicle traffic and personal transportation vehicles is permitted shall: (1) Have speed limits of 25 miles per hour or less, as established by an engineering and traffic survey; and (2) Have been determined by a qualified traffic engineer to accommodate personal transportation vehicles without adversely impacting traffic safety or the travel needs of commuters and other users. ## History Code 1981, § 40-6-368, enacted by Ga.
