42-6-25. Escape by person in custody under agreement.

(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to escape from custody while in another state pursuant to the Agreement on Detainers.#
(b)
A violation of subsection (a) of this Code section shall be punishable by confinement for not less than one nor more than five years.#
