43-1-17. Removal from office of member of a professional licensing board.
Effective July 1, 2026. (in force today) Current through: Including Acts of the 2025 Regular Session of the General Assembly.
The Governor may remove from office any member of a professional licensing board for any of the following:
(1) Inability or neglect to perform the duties required of members;
(2) Incompetence; or
(3) Dishonest conduct.
