# O.C.G.A. § 43-10A-14. Fees.

Application, examination, license, license renewal, and penalty fees shall be established by the board pursuant to Code Section 43-1-7.

## History

Code 1981, § 43-7A-14, enacted by Ga. L. 1984, p. 1406, § 1; Ga. L. 2022, p. 523, § 1/HB 972, effective July 1, 2022, reenacted this Code section without change.
