Short title. This article shall be known and may be cited as the “Professional Counselors Licensure Compact Act.” ## History Code 1981, § 43-10A-50, enacted by Ga. L. 2021, p. 729, § 3/HB 395; Ga. L. 2022, p. 352, § 43/HB 1428. The 2022 amendment, effective May 2, 2022, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “as the ‘Professional” for “as ‘The Professional”.
