43-11-43. Fees.

  1. Each person applying for examination for a license to practice dentistry shall, at the time of making his or her application, pay to the executive director a fee to be set by the board. Each person applying for the renewal of a license or authority to practice dentistry or for the establishment of a license or authority that has been lost shall, at the time of making his or her application, pay to the executive director a fee to be set by the board. Such fee shall cover the entire service for granting or issuing licenses to practice dentistry.
