# O.C.G.A. § 43-14-20. Penalty.

Any person violating this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $3,000.00 or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.

## Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, redesignated former Code Section 43-14-14 as present Code Section 43-14-20 and substituted “$3,000.00” for “$1,000.00” in the middle of this Code section.
