Powers and duties of division director. (a) All orders and processes of the board and the divisions of the board shall be signed and attested by the division director; and any notice or legal process necessary to be served upon the board or the divisions may be served upon the division director. (b) The division director or his or her designee is vested with the power and authority to make such investigations in connection with the enforcement of this chapter and the rules and regulations of the board as the director, the board, the divisions of the board, or any district attorney may deem necessary or advisable. ## History Ga.
