Requirements for professional land surveyors engaged in design of storm-water management plans, facilities, water distribution lines, and sanitary sewer collection systems. For an individual to be eligible to engage in the practices described in divisions (6)(D)(ii) through (6)(D)(iv) of Code Section 43-15-2, he or she shall: (1) Obtain licensure as a professional land surveyor, registered land surveyor, or land surveyor under this chapter prior to July 1, 2018; or (2) Complete an additional three semester hours of coursework in hydrology, possess the requisite required by the board, and pass the hydrology exam. The licensing record for such individual as available to the public shall be marked as “hydrology and design authorized.” ## History Code 1981, § 43-15-13.1, enacted by Ga.
