## Code Commission Notes

Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 1986, the capitalization of “natural resources” was changed and “the Department of” preceding “natural resources” was deleted in paragraph (b)(5), and “state revenue commissioner” was substituted for “commissioner of the Department of Revenue” in paragraph (b)(6).

Ga. L. 2023, p. 113, § 1/HB 76, repealed and reserved the designation of this chapter, effective May 1, 2023.
