Legislative findings; purpose of chapter. The General Assembly finds that the effectiveness of many regulatory agencies which have been created in this state needs to be evaluated. It is the purpose of this chapter to establish a procedure for the review of regulatory agencies to increase their effectiveness and efficiency. ## History Code 1981, § 43-2-1, enacted by Ga.
