As used in this chapter, the term “regulatory agency” means any board, bureau, or commission of the executive branch of state government in existence on July 1, 1992, or created by law after July 1, 1992, for the primary purpose of licensing or otherwise regulating or controlling any profession, business, or trade. ## History Code 1981, § 43-2-2, enacted by Ga.
