Declaration of policy. The purpose and intent of this chapter is to establish and enforce standards of competence and ethics in the dispensing of hearing aid devices or instruments, for profit or otherwise, and to protect the public from the dispensing of hearing aids, for profit or otherwise, by unskilled or unprincipled persons. ## History Ga.
