43-21-58. Authority of municipality to adopt provisions of article for establishments located in municipality.

  1. The governing body of any municipality shall have the authority to adopt any or all of the provisions of this article for application to any establishment which is located within the limits of such municipality and which, except for its location in such municipality, fits the description of those establishments mentioned in Code Section 43-21-50.
