Practicing without a license. Any person who shall practice the profession of landscape architecture or represent himself as a landscape architect or act as such, as defined in this chapter, without first obtaining a license to do so as provided in this chapter, or when such license is revoked, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. ## History Ga.
