43-28-20. Short title.

This article shall be known and may be cited as the “Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact Act.”

Code 1981, § 43-28-20, enacted by Ga. L. 2021, p. 710, § 4/HB 268; Ga. L. 2022, p. 352, § 43/HB 1428. The 2022 amendment, effective May 2, 2022, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted “as the ‘Occupational” for “as ‘The Occupational”.
