43-29-6. Rules and regulations; violation as grounds for revocation of license.

  1. The board is authorized to adopt rules and regulations pursuant to this chapter for the carrying out of the purposes of this chapter. The violation of such rules and regulations shall be grounds for the revocation of any license issued under this chapter.
