43-30-10. Appeal from board decisions.

  1. Actions of the board in granting, refusing to grant, or refusing to renew a license issued under this chapter or in revoking or suspending or refusing to revoke or suspend any such license shall be subject to appeal to the superior court in accordance with Chapter 13 of Title 50, the “Georgia Administrative Procedure Act.”
