Advertising requirements. Any truthful written or broadcast advertising for eye exam services whether regional or national by any optical firm with more than seven locations in the State of Georgia shall not be required to list the name of the optometrist in the advertisement provided those optometrists practicing under a trade name at a specific location shall be identified to any person inquiring by telephone. ## History Code 1981, § 43-30-5.1, enacted by Ga.
