# O.C.G.A. § 43-33-1. Short title.

This article shall be known and may be cited as the ‘‘Georgia Physical Therapy Act.’’

The 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2019, purported to substitute ‘‘this article’’ for ‘‘this chapter’’.

## Code Commission Notes

Pursuant to Code Section 28-9-5, in 2019, ‘‘This article’’ was substituted for ‘‘This chapter’’ at the beginning to effectuate the intent of Ga. L. 2019, p. 126, § 4/HB 39.
