# O.C.G.A. § 43-33-20. Penalty.

Any person convicted of violating this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.

The 2019 amendment, effective July 1, 2019, substituted ‘‘this article’’ for ‘‘this chapter’’ in this Code section.
