43-34-145. Notice to applicant of acceptance or rejection.

  1. After evaluation of an application and other evidence submitted, the board shall notify each applicant that the application and evidence submitted are satisfactory and accepted or unsatisfactory and rejected. If rejected, the notice shall state the reasons for the rejection.
