Continuation of board. The State Board of Podiatry Examiners which existed on January 1, 1994, is continued in existence on and after that date. The members serving on the board on January 1, 1994, and any person appointed to fill a vacancy in such office shall continue to serve out their respective terms of office and until their successors are appointed and qualified.
