Creation of board of examiners; immunity. There is created a State Board of Examiners of Psychologists, to consist of six members who shall be appointed by the Governor under conditions set forth in this article. No member of the board shall be liable to civil action for any act performed in good faith in the performance of that member’s duties as prescribed by law. ## History Ga. L. 1951, p. 408, § 2; Ga.
