Composition of appraisal panel. An appraisal panel may include appraisers who are engaged by or accepted by the appraisal management company for consideration for future appraisal assignments in covered transactions or for secondary mortgage market participants in connection with covered transactions. ## History Code 1981, § 43-39A-14.2, enacted by Ga. L. 2019, p. 724, § 7/HB 192. ## Effective Date This Code section became effective July 1, 2019.
