43-4-33. Form of certificate of registration; seal.

  1. (a)

    The board shall prescribe the form of a certificate of registration as a registered interior designer issued pursuant to the provisions of this article.#

  2. (b)

    A registered interior designer shall be authorized to have a seal separate from the seal of registered architects. The seal of a registered interior designer shall be applied to drawings or other documents prepared by or under the responsible control of the registered interior designer, provided that the foregoing shall not prohibit any registered architect who has reviewed or supervised the preparation of drawings or other documents prepared by a registered interior designer from applying his or her seal to such drawings or other documents.#
