43-4-37. Unlawful use of title “registered interior designer.”

- (a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to use the title “registered interior designer” unless that person has been issued a certificate of registration as a registered interior designer as provided in this article.#
- (b)
Any person violating the provisions of subsection (a) of this Code section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.#
