43-44-13. Investigatory and disciplinary authority of the board.

  1. The investigatory authority and disciplinary authority of the board shall be as provided in Code Section 43-1-19.

Ga. L. 1987, p. 1072, § 1, effective July 1, 1987, repealed the former Code section and reenacted the current Code section. The former Code section was based on Ga. L. 1974, p. 1009, § 11 and related to suspension or revocation of licenses and issuance of reprimands.
