# O.C.G.A. § 43-44-5. Meetings; officers; reimbursement of members.

The board shall hold a regular annual meeting at which it shall elect from its membership a chairperson and vice chairperson. In addition to its annual meeting, the board shall hold such other meetings as are necessary for the performance of its duties under this article. The members of the board shall be reimbursed as provided for in subsection (f) of Code Section 43-1-2.

The 2021 amendment, effective July 1, 2021, substituted ‘‘this article’’ for ‘‘this chapter’’ at the end of the second sentence.
