Injunctions. The Commissioner may institute a civil action to enjoin any violation of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated under this chapter. A violation of this chapter or any rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to this chapter is declared to constitute a public nuisance, and such action for injunction may be maintained notwithstanding the existence of other legal remedies and notwithstanding the pendency or successful completion of a criminal prosecution. ## History Ga.
