# O.C.G.A. § 43-47-4. Division director as secretary of board.

The division director shall be the secretary of the board. He or she shall issue licenses and certificates and perform such other duties as the board may direct to carry out this chapter or as provided in Chapter 1 of this title.

## Amendments

The 2025 amendment, effective July 1, 2025, deleted “and of the divisions” at the end of the first sentence, deleted “or the divisions” following “as the board”, and added “or as provided in Chapter 1 of this title” at the end.
