Purpose of part. It is the purpose of this part to encourage more effective utilization of the skills of licensed veterinarians by enabling them to delegate certain veterinary health care tasks to licensed veterinary technicians where such delegation is consistent with the animal patient’s health and welfare. ## History Code 1981, § 43-50-50, enacted by Ga.
