43-50-91. Facilities accredited by American Zoo and Aquarium Association or equivalent agency exempt.

  1. This article shall not apply to any facility owned by the federal, state, or any local government, a public or private college or university, or a zoological park or aquarium that is accredited by the American Zoo and Aquarium Association or other substantially equivalent nationally recognized accrediting agency as determined by the board.
