44-10-47. Powers and duties of council.

  1. The council shall have the power and duty to:

  2. (1)

    Annually review and approve award grants recommended by the department;#

  3. (2)

    Review and approve rules and regulations promulgated by the department for administration of the program; and#

  4. (3)

    Review the outcomes of the program and recommend to the department changes in program administration or rules to ensure the success of the program.#
