# O.C.G.A. § 44-13-9. Time fixed by notice for hearing.

The time fixed by the notice given pursuant to Code Sections 44-13-7 and 44-13-8 shall not be less than 20 nor more than 30 days from the date of the filing of the application and schedule.

Ga. L. 1983, p. 1170, § 2, effective July 1, 1983, redesignated former Code Section 44-13-10 as this Code section. The 1983 Act also redesignated former Code Section 44-13-9, relating to written notice to creditors, as present Code Section 44-13-8.
