Foreclosure before debt due; levy and sale; disposition of proceeds. All subsequent proceedings respecting the levy and sale of the mortgaged property shall be conducted in the manner prescribed by law; and the money realized from the sale of the property shall be disbursed by the proper officer under the terms and rules prescribed by law, except that the money shall not be paid over to the plaintiff in fi. fa. until the debt secured by the mortgage becomes due. ## History Ga.
