Livery stable keepers; lien by retaining possession; priorities. Livery stable keepers shall have a lien for their charges on the stock placed in their care for keeping, which lien shall be superior to other liens except liens for taxes, special liens of landlords for rent, liens of laborers, and all general liens of which they had actual notice before the property claimed to be subject to lien came into their control. ## History Ga.
