Validity and priority of unrecorded transfers of owner’s certificate to registered lands. Unrecorded transfers of owner’s certificate to registered lands shall have the same validity as unrecorded deeds of conveyance. The validity and priority of unrecorded transfers shall be governed by Code Sections 44-2-1, 44-2-3, and 44-2-4. ## History Ga. L. 1917, p. 108, § 37; Code 1933, § 60-507; Ga.
