44-2-191. Separate account for assurance fund.

  1. All money received by the clerk under Code Section 44-2-190 shall be kept in a separate account and paid promptly into the state treasury upon the special trust and condition that such moneys shall be set aside by the state treasurer in trust as a separate fund for the uses and purposes of this article, to be known as the ‘‘Land Registration Assurance Fund,’’ which fund is appropriated to the uses and purposes set forth in this article.
